Purohit keeps its contact channels deliberately simple, because the right channel depends on what you need.

For astrology: WhatsApp

Every reading, every kundli, every muhurta or panchang question goes through the same place: a WhatsApp chat with Purohit Ji on +1 555 429 3221. That is the product itself, not a support desk. You can write in English, Hindi, Kannada or Tamil, send a voice note instead of typing, add a family member's birth details, or run a kundli milan, all inside that one conversation. If something in a reading was unclear, the fastest fix is to ask Purohit Ji to explain it again; understanding your own reading never costs a credit.

For everything else: email

Write to namaste@purohit.io for anything the chat cannot resolve. This is the address for support questions, billing and payment issues, refund requests, feedback about the product, and press or partnership enquiries. A real person reads this inbox; please include the WhatsApp number you used with Purohit so we can find your account, and, for billing, the Razorpay payment reference from your receipt.

Privacy and Data Requests

The same address, namaste@purohit.io, is the grievance and data-privacy contact. Under our terms you can ask for access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send the request from the email address you want us to reply to and name the WhatsApp number linked to your Purohit account, so that we act on the right records. The privacy page explains what data Purohit stores, how long it is kept, who processes it, and what happens after a deletion request is confirmed. Conversations with Purohit are treated as confidential and are never sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.

What We Cannot Do by Email

Purohit Ji does not answer astrology questions by email, and the support inbox cannot produce a reading, a kundli or a muhurta; those live in the WhatsApp chat where the computed chart is. The support team also does not give medical, legal or financial advice, and Purohit as a whole is offered for spiritual reflection, cultural tradition and entertainment, not as a substitute for a qualified professional.
